Introduction
This series of facilitated workshops is designed to create much deeper understanding of a business’s vision, sustainable change strategy and current levels of consciousness. Using the 12 Laws of Sustainable Change, the TSA programme works directly with the senior leadership team to establish both the clearly seen and sometimes completely hidden challenges they face, in improving overall business performance.
From creation to implementation, TSA focuses on strategic alignment at the beginning and throughout the transformation process; aligning the business, team and individuals behind the most inspiring vision, strategy, goals, behaviours and values, which underpin sustainable business success.
Various models and frameworks are used to draw out critical business transformation data, e.g. purpose driven visioning, Imagineering, strategy review, planning and re-alignment processes, personal and company values surveys, sustainable change maturity matrices, focus group sessions involving employees, customers, suppliers and partner companies and cultural transformation tools. Results and findings from these activities are used to develop a structured, prioritised and precise corporate transformation programme. Then internal Champions are identified, orientated, energised and made responsible for driving progress. This focuses the right attention and energy on the key activities and pivotal people, who enable the biggest team contributions in achieving the inspiring vision.
A range of on-going implementation support activities are subsequently initiated (see below) and the delivery of the corporate transformation programme is then actioned and reviewed together on a periodic basis. This process forms the core component of a long term, values driven relationship and an enduring commitment by Change the World Corp, to be of service their transformation clients.

TSA Programme Duration
After early discussions, the initial series of senior leadership workshops would take place over a 10 week period, with facilitated transformation programmes rolling out after that, and then subject to monthly energising and review processes, towards agreed milestones and goals.
On-going Implementation Support:
This is an area usually left to chance in typical corporate transformation approaches. We provide access to an ongoing schedule of events, including Transform Momentum Events and Transform Academy Club where learning experiences are reinforced and extended.
The Transform Leadership Programme provides high quality, high impact learning experiences to put the 12 Laws of Sustainable Change into practice. The Transform Performance System is provided to individuals at any levels in the business requiring a self study package, in order to embrace the working principles of sustainable change.
1:1 Personal coaching support is available through the Transform Coaching Programme and uniquely, scalable and long term coaching and mentoring is available through the highly innovative Transform Performance Coach system.
