Introduction
TPS is a self-study program that teaches participants how to integrate the wisdom and awareness of the 12 Laws of Sustainable Change into their daily lives. It provides a step-by-step guide to help participants realize and overcome the personal challenges that block the pathways to lasting fulfillment. TPS helps participants focus on high performance and high personal growth, such that new habits and change enablers are incorporated and embraced.  

The format of TPS comes in a self contained workbook approach, with weekly CD’s and practical exercises, designed to inspire the whole workforce to adopt and apply new operating principles for sustainable success. Participants listen to commentaries and discussions with seasoned experts and transformation guru’s on how to put things into action, to make a real difference in their own lives.

The inspiring learning content is designed to be easily accessible and highly practical for use across the workforce. Participants are invited to explore and integrate the wisdom and experience of many experts, with growing self awareness. The style of TPS encourages new behavioural change at the working level on a daily basis, leading to lasting fulfilment, growth and performance improvement. In the process of learning, participants reveal new ways and means to engage and inspire themselves and others, to create a more sustainable business future.

On completion, the participant will…
  1. Understand the definition of the ‘12 Laws of Sustainable Change’ and their importance to the business recognising new sustainable business models and conscious organisation outcomes.
  2. Understand how to create inspiring visions for themselves and their teams
  3. Recognise the nature and effects of chaos on game planning and be able to create order from chaos, through increased personal responsibility.
  4. Use different techniques to energise their personal leadership styles with noticeable differences to others
  5. Recognise values alignments in themselves and others and support the adoption of a more unified and sharing organisational culture
  6. To understand the principles of sustainable business and social contribution on a daily basis in order to make greater personal and positive impacts on society
  7. To comprehend the principles of personal energy dynamics and apply these principles to raise consciousness and improve connections to greater resourcefulness and sustenance.

TPS Content
The core TPS system comprises of radio show style discussions with recognised experts, sharing personal insights and key learning messages, plus workbook driven exercises throughout, which are all designed to support greater awareness and practical application of the 12 Laws of Sustainable Change, as illustrated below:


 
TPS Programme Duration
TPS is a self study programme and the completion pace can be adjusted to suit the individual. It is recommended to consider one section per week and to complete workbook sections whilst listening to the relevant CD and afterwards, as there are integration exercises set for in the workplace.

On-going Implementation Support
This is an area usually left to chance in typical learning and development interventions. We provide access to an ongoing schedule of events including Transform Momentum Events and Transform Academy Club events where learning experiences will be reinforced and extended. Also, personal coaching support is available through the Transform Coaching Programme and long term coaching and mentoring is available through the highly innovative Transform Performance Coach system. All these options are provided to ensure high levels of Return on Investment, for the time and funding of this important performance improvement programme.
