Introduction
This programme brings to life the ‘12 Laws of Sustainable Change’ in highly practical and engaging ways, to highlight the roles and relevance of effective, energized leadership, in the creation of sustainable businesses and conscious organizations. The programme is high impact and enables senior leaders to develop new, inspirational value sets and implement new techniques and behaviours, both personally and with their teams, which drive the commitment to and delivery of extraordinary results.  Parts of this learning process will challenge ‘stuck’ perceptions of limiting factors & stimulate new debates to expand self awareness, consciousness & comfort zones for positive business impacts. These realistic exercises and practical experiences help leaders to consider and realign their typical responses and choose new values driven behaviours, which tune into the wider demands of their role and accountabilities.  By creating multiple layers of learning throughout the programme, we will raise personal consciousness levels, which then positively influence the transformation strategies in the business, to achieve improved business performance through personal growth and fulfilment.

Overall Programme Objectives and Benefits
On completion, the participant will:-
  1. Understand the definition of the ‘12 Laws of Sustainable Change’ and their importance to the business and to be able to lead by example, in the adoption of sustainable business models and conscious organisation outcomes.  
  2. Be ready, willing and able to create inspiring visions for themselves and their teams
  3. Recognise the nature and effects of chaos on game planning and be able to create order from chaos, through increased personal responsibility.
  4. Recognise new personal choices in leadership styles and be able to energise their interactions and relationships, with noticeable differences to others
  5. To be able to recognise values driven alignments in themselves and others and support the adoption of a more unified organisational culture
  6. To apply the principles of sustainable business and social contribution on a regular basis in order to make greater personal and positive impacts on society
  7. To comprehend the principles of personal energy dynamics and role model the application of these principles in order to raise organisational consciousness and improve personal/team connections to greater resourcefulness and sustenance.
TLP Module Structure:
Module 1 – Orientation re: 12 Laws of Sustainable Change (1 day)
Module 2 – Surrounding Energy Fields with Consciousness and Presence (2 days)
Module 3 – Inspiring Vision with Unity and Sharing (2 days)
 
Module 4 – Game Planning with Chaos and Order (2 days)
Module 5 – Energising Leadership with Ego and Desire (2 days)
Module 6 – Delivery and Execution with Alignment and Culture (2 days)
Module 7 – Sustainable Business Results with Sustainable Social Contribution (2 days)

TLP Content




Programme Duration
7 modules comprising of 13 experiential learning days with homework exercises throughout, typically delivered over a 2-3month duration. An intensive TLP structure is also available.

On-going Implementation Support
This is an area usually left to chance in typical learning and development interventions. We provide access to an ongoing schedule of events including Transform Momentum Events and Transform Academy Club events where learning experiences will be reinforced and extended. Also, personal coaching support is available through the Transform Coaching Programme and long term coaching and mentoring is available through the highly innovative Transform Performance Coach system. All these options are provided to ensure high levels of Return on Investment, for the time and funding of this pivotal leadership programme.

Prior to the commencement of the programme, participants will be required to complete a pre-programme questionnaire.
