Introduction
This powerful personal coaching programme makes highly experienced and capable performance and transformation coaches available to the senior management team(s) within the client’s organisation. TCP is designed to open up new areas of personal awareness and reveal ‘blind spots’ that can be revealed, as limiting the progress, growth, fulfilment and performance of the leaders concerned.
TCP is in no way designed to be a remedial coaching programme for poor performers or problematic individuals. Importantly it is an opportunity to unleash hidden talents and remove sometimes unconscious personal road-blocks, to even greater success and personal satisfaction.
The programme reflects the principles of the ‘12 Laws of Sustainable Change’ and also underlines the importance of inspirational and energized leadership, the creation of sustainable businesses and conscious organizations.
Vision
To provide directors, leaders and senior executives with personal performance and transformation support, through 1:1 coaching relationships, to raise their consciousness as a ‘sustainable business leader of the future’ and help enable the effective delivery of sustainable and ‘conscious business’ results.
Overall Coaching Programme Benefits
On completion, the participant will:-
- Acquire new perspectives on their own strengths and talents and explore new approaches with their own style of conscious leadership
- Understand the personal relevance of the ‘12 Laws of Sustainable Change’ in relation to their most significant desires and required outcomes
- Receive personalised coaching support given their personal development priorities
- Recognise and access new levels of personal resourcefulness, especially in highly testing situations, that come from values driven choices, in their day to day relationships with others
- Explore through questionnaire and feedback discussions the working principles of personal energy dynamics and consciousness in business.
Programme Duration:
Overall 3.5 days of personal contact over 3-6 months comprising of :-
- 2hr Introductory meeting with questionnaire completions
- 2 hr Feedback meeting and development of personal coaching programme objectives
- 5 x 2 hr Coaching sessions, with ad hoc telephone/email support throughout
- 2 hr review meeting to conclude the programme outcomes and agreed next steps
